Great all around tool!

How can you send out products that are like this?
I had been reading of how bad Klein QC had become but I didn't believe it but these by God they are some of the worst pliers I've ever received. Can't even cut the jaws in the middle, the machine finish is terrible and it's still full of paint and metal machine shavings? Not to mention how stiff they are, if I didn't know any better you'd think they're glued together. DO NOT BUY.
