(8 pack) Great Value Petite Diced Tomatoes in Tomato Juice, 28 oz Can

I keep a goodly supply of the various cuts, as well as sauces of canned tomatoes on the shelves as the uses are many. I am not a 'brand' shopper. Sometimes I like to see if I notice a difference between brands. I use Great Value a lot with little to no difference from higher priced brands of canned tomatoes.

Always good quality. I love the smaller petite dice and keep a can or two onhand all the time. Quick and easy soups, chili beans, etc that need tomatoes.

I love this product makes a great pizza sauce, of course i add other ingredients. I also puree it to make tomato soup with milk or water I prefer milk though.

We love chili and use lots of these all the time. The price is great... am hoping it doesn't start costing more like everything else. Great Value products are truly a value!!

Great value diced tomatoes or as good as any of the major brands, better than most. I recommend using the great value brand. It's my choice on most of the foods that I buy ❤️

I'm picky about canned tomatoes! Certain brands taste so salty it's insane, others have a super strong acidic taste and some brands the tomatoes seem too mushy. I wasn't expecting much when I tried the Great Value tomatoes but it's seriously the ONLY brand I like or will buy. saving money is a bonus. I used a lot of tomatoes, diced, crushed, whole peeled, stewed, sauce, paste and I buy this brand.

The tomatoes have a nice flavor and are not too spicy, even with the Italian seasonings. Right now I'm weighing whether it's healthier and/or more economical to use fresh tomatoes in the soups I make since the price of the canned tomatoes just went up.

I am forced to buy these diced tomatoes due to wal-mart never has the crushed tomatoes that I normally use. It's frustrating when I have to take these diced %26 use a blender to crush them. I will never understand, how it's so difficult to keep crushed tomatoes in stock (along with so so many other Great Value products!) Thank you in advance if anyone takes time to read my review!

88 cents turned to 1.58 in a year, but this review is for when i bought them at 88 cents in 12/2024. Now, in 11/2025, they doubled in price. the quality %26 taste is good, but i won't pay the price they want. im now buying augason Farm Products, and they're actually cheaper.
