extremely rude , not professional, low class, big mouth associate who had me wait over 20mins to pick up my small order that I ordered the night before. Yes, this has nothing to do with what I ordered per-say , but guess what!; due to the lack of customer service, everything that I ordered omits class and flavor.

the packet on the inside was busted so the jello packet had leaked out inside the packet. There were three other boxes in the order that were not busted, but it is disconcerting to receive a product damaged from the inside.
