(8 pack) Pen+Gear Ruled Index Cards, 3" x 5", White, 100 Count

I always have index cards in my home for so many uses. These Pen & Gear 3x5 index cards are as good as any other brand I have purchased in the past. There is not much you can do to improve on them. They are made of sturdy card stock. They are ruled on one side and blank on the other. There are 100 cards. Aside from using index cards for their intended purpose I also use them for shopping lists because they are sturdier than a piece of paper. I have used them for flash cards for my kids. I use them to print address labels for shipping packages. My family and I all use them as bookmarks because we can make notes on them if there is something we want to take note of. I have even used an index card to mark a 3 inch hem that I was pinning. And of course I use them for recipes. There are so many uses for these cards so don't overlook their usefulness.

These index cards are perfectly suitable. They are a standard 3x5 size, and are ruled. The top line is pink while the rest are blue, which is pretty common. I did notice that the top line is spaced the same as the blue lines, which I like. Each pack comes with 100 index cards. They fit perfectly well in my recipe box, have a nice weight to them, and are easy to write on. The front is lined and the back is not.

My daughter uses these 3 inch by 5 inch index cards all the time. One side has ruled lines and the other side is blank. She uses them to write down key notes and highlights in her different classes in school. So when she wants to refresh her memory/brain or study something quickly before a quiz or a test she just has to look at her index cards! There are 10 lines on each card for writing as well as a header line underscored with red. They fit into all of her binders and folders quite easily. She also sorts them in an index box by chapters and can easily review them all before bigger tests or exams. I use them to organize boxes and/or containers. Since they are much thicker than regular sheets of paper and can stand up to a permanent marker being used on them. They're also handy just to keep on your desk if you need to write something down quickly or just make a shopping list. They can always come in useful!

I've been using these for YEARS. Great cards to make a list of "things to do" for the week and keep in my purse. Affordable, sturdy and perfect size.

Been using them, so far. Nice weight to the card. Usually, just grab them at the dollar stores(they're getting a little thin). These are still nice. Yes, i would recommend this product.

The product is what I ordered except I only received 6 packs of 100 instead of 8. The package was in really bad shape so I do not know what happened. I do not think the packs could have fallen out maybe they did. Delivery by UPS ground was timely.

said recipe box is my "Brain Box" which holds user names, passwords, phone numbers etc etc. But i had to get the index cards for it. these only came in white..one side lined, the other side plain. price was right and may need to get more.

The paper is thin not a heavy card stock that is expected with flash cards. You can see the blue lines through it when held up to the light and black permeant did seep through to the other side. Its great for kids to use as craft project or simple studying.

I am writing this review on the Pen + Gear Ruled Index Cards 3 x 5, White, 100 Count. I was not impressed with these. They are extremely thin. I got this because I wanted to put down all my family recipes that have been passed down from my great grandmother through my mom and not me. But these are way too thin and flimsy to rely on them to last like them wanting. I will be getting much thicker ones next time. I don't recommend this product

These index cards are made out of “thick paper” allowing a fine tip sharpie bleed through to the back. They are not real index cards made from card stock.
