I have always loved Shredded wheat cereal and this being whole grain with bran makes it extra special to increase fiber in the diet. I like that it is sugar free. I add my own sugar substitute and like to let the cereal soften in the bowl before eating it. I have even prepared it as a hot cereal. My mom taught me to add hot water to it to soften it, then add milk, sweetener and a pat of butter. It's really good that way.

It's a really basic cereal, but it tastes great. It absorbs milk well, so the dry texture becomes soft very quickly, which is nice. I eat it with unsweetened almond milk, so adding half a teaspoon of sugar goes a long way to make this cereal more palatable. I highly recommend it if you're looking to get an easy source of fiber into your diet.

LOL I got this because it is more diabetic healthy than Cream of wheat. If you add hot water or milk, you have hot cereal. I use Coconut milk.

I love this cereal. It tastes great and even better with some sliced bananas or fresh berries and walnuts or pecans. A good, healthy breakfast option.

I love the shredded wheat it gives me 8 grams of fiber. Also, add some fruit ( more fiber ). Being health conscious isn't painful. this is a great quick breakfast when you're heading out the door. it's also great snack I love the taste. you like that they're smiling bite-size.
