(8 pack) Rao's Homemade Linguine Pasta, 16 oz Bag

This is the first time I bought the Rao's brand linguine and think I will not buy anything else from now on. It cooked up nice and fragrant with a great texture. Because it was a tiny bit broader than other brands, and not wimpy and limp, it held my sauce nicely.

A bit pricey but a great pasta from Italy. I will only cook pastas from Italy because they stay firm without getting pasty or mushy like most American brands.

Pasta from Italy is easily digestible. Just ask my body. I ate cheap pasta made in the great USA all through my poor years. I always felt lousy after eating those cheap, filling meals. I heard a podcast in which the conversation turned to eating pasta in Italy, and how much better they felt as opposed to eating pasta at home. I gave it a try. Bought Rao's linguine, cooked, ate, enjoyed. I felt fine afterwards! No kidding. Check the labels before you buy pasta. Give "Made in Italy" a try. Mangia!!!

I received this package a day late, and it did not include all of the packs of linguine. The mailing "bag" that it was shipped in was torn and taped back together. I'm getting pretty disgusted with Wal-Mart. This should have been shipped in a box. Several of the packs were broken. All it would have taken to make this a good delivery would have been a little forethought.
