Glad I got them !
These lights work great ! They charge up during the day in sunlight, and come on at dusk. They last about 8 hours before they start fading out. I would say these lights are accent lights as they put off light, but not super bright. The price was good when I saw them on the Walmart.com site. They came with mounting screws and batteries.

Great value, kind of cheap plastic but for the price it's adequate, the insert for a 4x4 vs a 6x6 is a bit skimpy, hopefully it will hold up

Cheap looking, smaller than expected. Yellow light
It is small for our 6 feet tall fence with some posts at 6" × 3" (gate). Light is dim and very yellow unlike our other bright white ones. looks cheap, flatter.
