This soup is great as an appetizer or side to lighten up an otherwise heavy meal. I like having a lot of flavors, so I split the packet into two servings alongside our main dish. It was fast and easy to prepare and added a lot of brightness with the lemongrass flavor. I love rice noodles and I think it would be great as a light healthy lunch with some protein and a vegetable.

I really had my doubts about this tasting so bland but was pleasantly surprised with the taste and texture of this soup. I loved the extra oil packet along with the seasoning that made this very tasty. Really a winner with me. I would just add some protein of choice and a little green onion for garnish and you'd have a beautiful tasty meal. I really enjoyed this Thai soup a lot. Hope you'll give it a try too.

I tried this noodle soup.and I really enjoyed the unique flavor. It was a touch of spice, just enough to give it some zing. The lemongrass gave it a pop of freshness and a light citrus flavor that was my favorite part. I will most definitely buy this in the future.

I enjoy the flavor of this noodles. It goes well with a nice broth and I was worried they would clash. I would say the texture wasn't my favorite but it was still going. That just a personally preference of mine. Overall I would recommend and even try again with a different broth

This instant soup is my first to try it and its tasty and can taste abot of the seasoning lemongrass do wish it was abit more spicy but do like as the noodles while hot do get thicker when you let it sit longer in the bowl. I would buy it and does make a nice meal when you need it quick and it includes seasoning do like that part too. I will try other flavors soon too. Thanks

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The texture of these noodles is quite different from other instant noodle products I've tried. They have a firmer, more al dente texture, which I personally enjoyed. As for the spice level, I wouldn't consider them extremely spicy. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the heat around a 6, making them flavorful without being overwhelming. One of the things I liked most is how quick and convenient they are to prepare. They can be made in the microwave in just a few minutes, which is perfect when you're short on time. Another plus is that each serving contains only 170 calories, making it a lighter option compared to many other noodle products. The flavor itself is simple and enjoyable, although I do feel it could be a little more robust or seasoned. Even so, I liked the overall taste and found it satisfying. Overall, I would definitely purchase this product again. I'm also interested in trying some of the other flavors to see how they compare.

I found this product to be extremely easy to prepare, very light on the calories and delicious! Pair it with some chicken or tofu and you have a complete meal. The whole process only took 10 minutes and that includes boiling the water. The lemongrass flavor really stands out! I didn't taste much chili or I would at least point out that the flavor is very mild and not at all spicy. The rice noodles were a tad bit chewy in my opinion and due to the higher sodium content, I wouldn't eat this daily. However, it really is an easy and delicious comfort food!

I really like the texture of this rice noodle soup: it's soft, but doesn't fall into pieces. On the spice side, though, it's so bland I needed to add some of the sauces from my fridge to make it at least slightly interesting. I'm not even talking about spice/hot level, just about some taste. With this fixed, it'll be a decent soup.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I have liked many lemongrass soups, as well as many chili soups. This one, unfortunately, will not be making the list. It turned into a sticky glob after cooking, rather than being easily slurped rice noodles. The lemongrass is barely even a thought in this dish --- if you wanted to taste it, forget about it. The chili takes over, and makes it fairly bitter, salty, and vile. I will not be purchasing this in the future.

$14.50 for ONE 1.6 oz package of rice noodles!!!! I assumed this was for a CASE!! BEWARE!!! Awesome, at least, it's thru WM and can get a refund without worries!
