These puppies are sharp! They cut magnificently. They are steak knifes, theyre serated on the edges so they go straight through all kinds of meat. I cut flat iron into strips with these and it was super easy to do! They will SHRED meat if its too soft, lol. So I don't recommend for fish or anything delicate. And they're bright green, just like the photo! But these aren't for low maintenance owners. They are lightweight and need tlc in care. Don't leave them in water, hand wash with non abbrasive soap and sponge and hand dry. I personally wouldn't use any power wash soaps or anything on them, I use plain gentle dish soap and a wash cloth. I highly recommend.

Ok knives. Typical serrated blades that will cut a steak. Larger than most inexpensive steak knives. Seam good quality.

I really like this Nutra Chef knife set! These have been my preferred knives because they're lightweight, sharp, and very easy to handle. They don't take up much space, which is great for smaller kitchens or limited storage. The nonstick coating also makes them super easy to clean. I've used them for everyday cooking, and they work really well for slicing and prepping food. My only wish is that they came with some type of storage case or holder to keep them organized and protected. Keep in mind that you may not receive. The color that is stated in the picture. I did request the copper-colored brown knives, but what I received were lime green knives. Overall, a great knife.

I lived that there were so many knives in the package. wasn't very sharp but worked. handle is good, however I would recommend not painting the blade part because the green pain came off some of the blade.

Not really that good... more of a sawing into your food then a smooth slice.
