8" x 10" Small Format Print

The person delivering these from Walmart crammed them in my small mailbox and made them have a slight bin to them. They should’ve delivered them to my door since that’s what I pay my yearly Walmart fee to have them do.. I’m not sure how to make sure that they get to my door and not stuffed in my mailbox. Other than that, the photos were just fine.

The print did NOT use the format I gave them, my pictures were send 8x10 for an 8" x 10" print, and yet at least 1/2 inch, sometimes even more, was cut off on the sides. If the picture doesn't fit, I prefer the picture itself printed smaller and edges filled with white rather than cutting sides off!!!!

I wouldn't know, it wasn't delivered like it claims to be. NEVER again ordering Walmart prints. 1st time took an extra week to get it to me. 2nd one never arrived, no one knows where it is, no tracking %23 is given. 2nd part of 2nd order, shows delayed and delivered to an address that is 4.5 hours away... Ridiculous.

I don't know how the developers did it, but they were sent high-res, perfectly-centered photos, but the prints they sent us have our heads chopped off. These are our wedding pictures. All photos are grainy and poor quality. A lot of money spent and super-disappointing.

The top of their heads was cut off but they wasn't in the billfold size. This was supposed to be a gift so it's disappointing and upsetting. Please make this right!

We never figured out how to send the picture so they could print it. We sent a question and the first message we received was asking to review the product. Very bad software from WalMart.

the pic is too dark. it isnt what i uploaded. there is dark blue by his eyes that is not in the picture. ill be getting it redone at walgreens as usual

The prince came with the heads cropped off and the color very different than the original submitted. When I placed the order I cropped to the desired area and it looked great! Very disappointed that the heads were cut off, and these will need to be reprinted.

I received and got the 2 8x10 photos but didn’t get my 2 Cavas photos I ordered. I called same day and was assured I would get with 48 hours. It’s been 60 hours now still have not received. When I called again this evening I was told “FedEx” could not deliver because mailing address was incorrect. However they delivered my 2 8x10 photos that same day from Walmart. The photo they uploaded showed all items delivered but it clearly show only a single envelope for the photos.

Pictures cropped people out. they did not fit the frames meant for 8x10. overall not happy and would recommend going in person to get them or go to CVS to get your photos printed. they offered a refund but they wanted the photos back. to do what with i dont know.
