80% Lean / 20% Fat Ground Beef Chuck, 3 lb Roll, Fresh, All Natural*

This hamburger is an economical choice and it works out better than you might think. I did not realize that this was 80%/20%. And was pleasantly surprised to find such a good result in the frying pan. You can save a lot of money if you purchase this.

I hadn't bought ground beef in a roll before, but this worked out. With the price of beef up, having this premeasured %26 a set price (as opposed to packages where the cost varies based on how much over or under a pound) meant no surprise. I opened the package %26 broke it into 3 1-lb packages for the freezer. The quality seems fine. I just used the 1st package to make a meatloaf (I'm single %26 1 pound makes 4 meals) -- tasted great with mashed potatoes %26 green beans, a winter comfort meal.

I grew up on grass fed Red Angus lean beef, as my dad's a well respected rancher-farmer, top tier bull and semen producer, and holds the record for the highest sale of a 4 year old bull at this springs farm production sale for DV Auctions at, $70,000... so I know my beef and I love Walmart ground beef cuz the flavor is similar to what I ate most of my life !

It’s just me. I like the 3lb roll because what I do is cook the entire package, drain off %26 package down into 1/2lb- 1lb packages %26 freeze. Makes for an easy meal prep. 80/20 has better flavor than 90/10. Pricing is out of control- no excuse for WalMart meats to constantly being raised. Lets admit it- it’s NEVER top grade, just top greed at this point.

I've been buying ground chuck this way for a while now, but I'm going to have to start buying something a little more affordable. Seems every week the price goes up, up, up!! I'd buy this and cut it in half to make 2 meals out of it. Check the price before you buy, I had sticker shock the last time I bought it!! Want be long until we can't afford anything!! 😭

It's the price of mid quality beef that's being sold as a premium beef price. Walmart use to have a good value for the money. But now,… not so much. Quality of their produce doesn't hold up and again being pieced out for profit when sold online. Who could've ever imagined a bell pepper costing what they are and rottening within a couple of day of delivery.

First I will say Walmart was really good about giving me a refund for this product for the bad quality. That being said, I purchase this meat on the 11th, but when I opened it on the 15th to use it, it smelled absolutely foul and was bad. The package itself said the use or freeze by the 18th. My refrigerator is well within the temperature range to keep meat fresh, so I know it wasn't that. I don't know what's going on lately, but I've noticed all of the meat products have been expiring very quickly, a lot faster than what the date on the package would suggest. If you are to purchase this meat, I would highly recommend you freeze or use it, right away.

I had delivery to my home N.A. duvet delivered food to the front of my garage door and I was looking for the food. It was 100 degrees outside and food we in the sun for over an hour I called customer service still have not received refund for my order yet

we're talking about the ground chuck 80/20. purchased it last week brought it out to cook this morning. after I cooked it they're definitely wasn't 3 lb of meat probably two and a half and I had over a cup of water and grease not happy about that. tried to contact Cargill the supplier of the ground chuck and ground beef to complain and show them pictures that I took to prove what I'm saying. can't call any of their numbers they're all disconnected where it tells you to text him or email them you can't send it. so I must not be the only one complaining about this must be all over the place just beware pay more money get worse quality.
