it made the best hamburgers I've had in a long time there was some other spices I added to the Patty but man me and the my roommate both commented on and we said to each other out I'll tender it was I mean you take a bite and it just melted in your mouth it was easy to chew and everything really good flavor highly recommend

This is really good. It didn't have a lot of grease. The hamburger didn't fall apart. It seemed like the best balanced roll of hamburger. I bought this on sale for $23. It was a great deal at that price with the holidays coming up and funds being super tight. I love the quality of great value rolled hamburger meat. It's not super fatty and taste great. I use mine for goolash, hamburger pasta meals and spaghetti. I recommend this, especially for us low income families looking for a great deal.

This is truly an 80/20, not a lot of visible fat and cooks up well. Been using this for about 2 years and I really like the quality. I was initially con earned because you cant see the color of the meat and freshness has not been an issue. That was my biggest con era, what might have been hiding behind the curtain, but so far the quality has been excellent.

We don’t eat a lot of hamburger meat, it’s too expensive, so I buy these rolls and freeze them in 5 freezer bags for meals.It has always been consistently great for making burgers or soups. We shop on a budget so buying the bigger size helps us save a little money. I feel like it’s just as tender as the beef packaged in the clear wrap.

With the price of groceries rising, beef is no exception. Buying in bulk helps save you time and money. I have purchased this roll of beef many times from Walmart. It’s affordable, and it has enough fat to give it a great flavor, but not too much fat. I have used this to make hamburgers, sloppy joes, meat loaf, meat balls with my spaghetti, and hamburger in my goulash. I have not been disappointed in the quality, and I can make a couple meals with this one roll! I highly recommend it!

The package reads that the weight is 5 lbs net. It is not!!! It was only 3.71 lbs with packaging. This is unacceptable . The manufacturer is clearly making a profit off of this. I would expect a /- of an 1 oz, maybe 2, but not over 1 lb. Unacceptable Cargill taking advantage of customers who don't weigh the package. Walmart you need to hold them accountable.

Bought this roll on a delivery order. When this arrived at the house I noticed the ends of the roll felt hard but thought maybe it was a little frozen. After opening the roll to separate and put away for later the hard parts I felt in the rolls was nothing but chunks of fat. Also the coloring of the meat was very pale looking and was very off. The product was in date with an experatation date of Sept. 9th 2025.

never measured consistently. I buy these often and the measurement marks are crooked and off center and never a full 5lb. I never cook it all at once, when I get it I cut it into five 1 lb portions and put them in Ziploc bags. I received 4 lb 3 oz last time. unacceptable.

All I want is ground beef that FRIES, and not boils in grey water and fat. I want it to smell the way burgers smelled when I used to fry them. Now it smells gross. All of it. The lean to fat ratio makes no difference. Neither does the packaging; chub pack, bulk (which is only made to look as though it was packed in the store; in reality, every styrofoam tray pack weighs exactly the same), frozen patties....people are sick and tired of paying $6 for water, and stinky water at that! Give us real ground beef that sizzles, not gurgles, and we'll be customers for life.
