The air blows out really cold. It's not as big as my first air conditioner that gave out on us, but it's ability to make the house cold fast exceeded my expectations. I'm happy with my purchase!
easy installation, came with everything I needed. after installation it was amazing how quickly this unit cooled my living room area. I woke up to my house being 66 degrees this morning!! works amazingly good!

Package had big bugs inside
This unit is bare bones, with no thermostat or clear temperature control. It in no way provides the cooling ability of our previous unit with the same btus. It is compact but it has so little cooling power and fan thrust that it cannot cool even a small bedroom.
Smells like wires burning inside on start-up, we uninstalled it and are now chexking the return process.
