This is a very nice wood tool for the price . Sturdy and does what it should .Hopefully it will hold up for a few years . Time and work will tell .

GREAT LITTLE ROUTER. EASY TO HANDLE, GREAT FOR WOODWORKING

This router is not variable speed. There is only an on / off switch. The router is a lightweight 1/4 inch trim router. The base is plastic and not metal. The accessories are stamped thin metal. It's perfectly good for light trim work and small projects at the right price.

I'm new to this tool. So far, it worked as expected. It was a bit confusing at first, but again, I'm a beginner. I will update as I use if there's anything more to help others.

It's a surprisingly powerful 3000 RPM hand router. It would be good for someone just getting in to woodworking who isn't ready to spend a lot of money. It'll fit a lot of standard 1/4" router blades, and comes with extra motor brushes and some cheap flat wrenches, that'll get the job done to replace and reposition cutting blades. The listing says variable speed, but that's inaccurate. It's got a simple on/off switch and the rotation goes right to a very loud 3000 RPM. The picture on the instruction manual shows a slightly different model with a different power switch and what looks like a variable RPM toggle, but this model does not have variable speed. You have been warned.

Router arrived faster but unfortunately it was missing a screw on the guide as well as it was supposed to have bits. the router is also not variable speed. if it would of been complete then it would of received higher ranking
