Hockey Puck Burgers! DRY but edible.
Going from fresh ground chuck to this was a must as we started a calorie deficit food plan. It is just ok and does best when cooked for something like a taco, sauces ect. We laughed when we made hamburger patties AKA hockey pucks!! But the weight loss is worth it so far. It does cook up ok.

Quit cutting my meat I pay good money for less fat
I wouldn't recommend it, however, people do have to eat, unfortunately. I have been saying for years that they have been cutting the meat with way more fat. Then they are stating on the outside of that package. And then to top that all off now it went way up. I believe he was like 30 $35 just to purchase a package of meat at hamburger meat. That claims 97/3 for the fate percentage. I can go to my favorite little meat store and purchase 80/20 hamburger. I get way less fat out of it than I do the 97/3 from Walmart.

Taste fine but the price ain't it.
My 3 star review is for the price. I cannot believe the cost these days. This was my go to ground beef for my family but now I only buy this when it's on sale. The flavor is good and I've not ever had a problem with the quality. Would buy all the time if the price was lower.

Not Actually 4 lbs of meat
I wasn't happy that there wasn't actually four pounds of meat. I know you may have to raise prices but stop shorting the product!
