nice desk
it took a good amount of time to put it together, but the finished result is worth it. it is a good looking desk. it seems like it will last a while too. I would recommend it!

This is how things are now shipped to consumers?
I have been wanting a new desk for a while and when I saw this item on Walmart website, I knew this is what I wanted. I was happy that I received the item a few days earlier than what was originally stated....BUT...this is how I received the item when it arrived. Now as heavy as this item is that needs to be assembled one would think that before shipping it to a consumer you would put it in a more heavy and durable shipping box and then apply straps to keep the box together? I have not opened the box as of yet to see if any pieces or missing or damaged because I am to have a PRO person come out and assembled it for me on Saturday, BUT...if there are any missing or damage parts, I will be requesting for a full refund of my monies. Consumers work too hard for their money to receive items like this delivered to them.
