Returns are impossible, quality bad for the $
Incredibly disappointed. It arrived looking like a different fabric entirely and we've had constant issues keeping it latched. Literally falling apart and the “free 30 day returns” are a nightmare. We took it apart to return and drive it all the way to Walmart like the app told us too and Walmart won't take it. Told us to go to FedEx and they won't take it either. Cannot believe I spent nearly $500 on this disaster.

Need to return this item, but will not let me canceled the order that I originally placed for this couch set and then shipped me. The item charged me and now will not let me return it.
