Best water pump style pliers!
As a plumber, I loved these. I probably have bought 5 pairs of them. The curved inner jaw is ideal for use on the waste connections under a sink, and they have a thousand other uses. I've walked into a lot of buildings with a pair of Stanley Groove Joint pliers and fixed a minor issue without having to go back to the truck.

Great One!
I don't use any other groove joint plier but this one is really good. Usually, I use it for the faucet installation (faucet adapter & aerator), but even opening a lid. The joint switch is smooth and stable. Although I have a small tool set, no other plier can compete with this one. It is really nice.

Love these types of pliers.
I love these pliers. I had one pair already, but am always misplacing them. This was actually a two pack, so it was an even better deal.

Broke
O used them in average conditions about a dozen times and the tongue broke off while holding pvc. But I guess it only cost a little over 10 bucks, so ???

Fed-EX threw the box on the road bank near the mailbox. . . instead of delivering it to the residence porch as stated in their tracking db. The tool is as described and works as well as the one it replaced.. . and rates a four-star rating.

Sadly..
These were my favorite pliers that I used almost daily. A large piece of steel snapped right off today when trying to remove a stuck bolt. I've owned them for less than six months. No more Stanley tools for me going forward.

The first time I used these they broke.
Don't waste your time and money on these. Very poor quality! The first time I used them they broke and became useless.
