Product adequate wicks away slight urinary leakage. Also survives many reuses and washings.

Perfect Product for its Purpose
It fills a real need because it is hard to find an all cotton product which is the healthiest kind of material for underwear.

These pants also require plastic "overpants"
For the past 2 years, I have had a problem with<br />incontinence. I have purchased a variety of so-called "incontinence pants," but I have also had<br />to buy (and use) "plastic overpants" because the<br />so-called "incontinence pants" simply did NOT<br />do the "job."

Disappointing
I had HIGH EXPECTATIONS for the HealthDri Incontinence Underwear for women; unfortunately my<br />expectations were NOT MET! I still have to wear plastic pants over the HealthDri Underwear! Although I have been doing kegel exercises regularly for more than a year, they do not seem to make any difference. Also, it seems that NONE of the makers of "incontinent underwear" can TRUTHFULLY DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM!

Disappointing
I had hoped that these pants would deal with my<br />incontinence, but they DID NOT! As with my other<br />so-called "incontinence pants," I must wear plastic pants over them.
