Easy to put it together. The scooter has very nice design overall. The wheels are quality, not like those cheap plastic wheels. Got delivered fast and stay contact with customer. 10/10 It has strong frame. Overall, totally worthy :)) College students need to get one asap XD

I would definitely say it was worth the money goes 25 miles per battery’s works good and over all its just great I got it to transport me to and from work and so far it’s going really good

My scooter arrived and I was very surprised when I opened the box as the scooter was a completely different color than I had ordered. I ordered the grey and red one and I received a black and teal one. The bell broke within the first couple of weeks I rode it. It does ride pretty well but I have mixed emotions.

It's poor made it's stupid when the front tire goes flat it's impossible to get an air pump to fit in it you got to take it apart and if you return it it takes forever to get your money back I been waiting for about a week to get refunded and still nothing I don't know what the problem is they got everything they need it sucks when it goes up an bill it drops down to 5 miles an hour it's slow and depending how steep the hill is it won't make it all the way

Not powerful as expected, my path to my office has up and down. Though inclination is not too sloppy, this scooter torque is not powerful enough to climb it.

Stopped working and can not get any help from Walmart or Motogenics don't spend u hard earned money

Most of the scooter is cheap plastic, including the kickstand, which was broken upon receipt. Speed never got above 8 km/h regardless of which gear it was in. Front tire literally came apart on the first day of riding. User manual is mangled Engrish, it will almost give you a stroke trying to read it. WEIGHT LIMIT IS BLATANTLY FALSE. Walmart item description states the weight limit is 330 pounds. It's not even near that mark. User manual states the weight limit is only 220 pounds. My youngest son, weighs around 165 pounds could only reach 8 km/h, while my oldest son, who weighs around 250 pounds could barely get it to move, even at full charge. Returned the day after it was bought. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars on an electric scooter that actually works.

Stopped charging the first day of use. It was great, at first. rode to the store all fine, but then I rode it to work and it stopped working midway to my job. I thought it needed to be charged again, so I charged it at work, but, when I got ready to leave, the scooter was still dead. Had to Uber home. Completely useless. Definitely, want a refund.

I'm a fair mechanic. I have tools up the wazoo. I can't get the front wheel rim off enough to put air in the tire. It's some cheap Asian thing that doesn't work. I don't know who figured this out but it's junk and I know junk well.
