These are the size they say they are and fit perfectly. I really like them. They have not changed color and are still sparkling even after everyday wear for a month. I wear them in my nose piercing and in my ear piercing as well. Highly recommended. Just k is that a couple of them are a bit bigger than they look in the pic. They are more medium than small.

I'm a little bit dissatisfied with these earrings for a simple reason is that it falls out I don't know how to put the back of the earring on using my fingers so if somebody there can advise me, I would greatly be appreciated. I don't know if I need some kind of a tool or what but it doesn't. It didn't say anything about that when I ordered them so I really don't know please help me.

The 18g fits my lip piercing perfectly and the end just pushes into the post and it stays on pretty securely and this one has a bunch of different designs so even better!

I really like them has beautiful collection of them ,just wish The stem was a little longer on The nose ring.

These items are very poorly made disappointed the stems are very small. They don't lock in. They're too small.

The nose rings don't even fit or snap in place, it was a complete waste of money , if I flare or rub my nose it falls out

These are very hard to use.The piercings are short and its hard to get the caps on.depending on type of piercings Some may like them the post are super short

Not hard to install if you understand how to use the item. you put the plunger in, from the inside 1st. Then push the post in. So easy! Nice looking jewelry. Time will tell with regard to durability, but it seems secure.

This product is absolutely as it is advertised. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong ones. I needed 16g, not 18g which really sucks because they're pretty much useless to me. Had I ordered the correct one it would have been exactly what I wanted.
