8x10 Gallery Wrapped Canvas with Sawtooth Hanger

The product came with the picture on the canvas in a different position than I ordered. The picture was not fit to the frame so that the main part of it was in the visible area. Very disappointed that what I thought I was getting for a gift didn't turn out the way the preview was given.

I am not sure why the picture wasn't adjusted to fit the size of the portrait. There were five of my family in the picture and two family members on the side of the canvas.

The pictures are beautiful (I ordered 2) problem with them is neither of them are 8x10 they are both smaller more like a 6x8 . If the size was correct I would give 5 stars

I ordered 4 canvas prints and none were centered correctly. One was really close up. 2 if they would have centered them it wouldn't have cutoff part of the picture. I will try to pull out staples and center myself but shouldn't have to do that.

very disappointed in Walmart's packaging of the 7 items from the ohoto department. everything should have been put in one box for delivery. Instead you put everything into 7 separate shipping containers and FedEx only left me 3 hey scanned and said they were all delivered. you can see in the picture that there are only 3 packages not 7. Walmat was not helpful in resolving the issue. FedEx supposedly is trying to get to the bottom of it. you can see in the picture there are only 3.

I'm very unhappy with this one because I made sure when I was setting it up to have the most important part of the picture in the front. When I received it, it had put all of the tops of my grandchildren‘s heads on the top side of the frame.. Very disappointed. I returned it to the store because it was useless.

the picture is cut off on one side. it's a collage and on the right side it cuts off part of those pictures. your system won't except the picture I'm trying to add

The heads was cut off of 3 of the 8x10. Unsure which ones because they were a gift to mom. She is elderly and lives in Flint and I am in Florida so I can't even figure it out.

The picture I received was not the one I approved to be completed, two faces were cut in half, the picture I approved the entire faces were inside the boundary, very disappointing

Completely disappointed in both canvases that we ordered - our granddaughter's head was cut off in both. Seriously???
