you get what you pay for
Does not make full amount, only brews about half the rest just steams. It also leaks while brewing sometimes, and often while pouring. Would recommend buying a better one.

What a waste
This is a safeety hazard. The handle is designed so it is impossible not to touch the hot pot with your hand It is also is advertised as 9 cups when it holds barely more than 1 cup
