I have to say I came across this item wanting to try something new. And my clothes have change I barely use dryer sheets anymore because my clothes are super soft out of the dryer, they feel lighter clean and fresh thank you for this brand!

I loved the old formula. It was made with essential oils. Why the company switched to synthetic fragrance is beyond me. The stuff is terrible for you. I bought the old formula because it got an A from the Environmental Working Group and it was great for my asthmatic daughter. I will now be switching to a different product. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I used to love this detergent but the new synthetic fragrance added instead of essential oils made my entire family break out into hives. Plus the scent is so horrible. I washed my sons hat and he took it off his head and said, "this smells!" Leave it to P&G to take a good product and turn it into complete garbage. Disappointing.

A week after using this I started to get hives and after months without knowing my body is covered. Thankful for the person who commented saying their family also broke out in hives

This brand is the only detergent I've bought for a year. I was using the eucalyptus scent and never had any issues. I bought lavender to try and have huge bumps on my face that feel hot and irritated. This is such a bummer.

I am extremely sensitive to fragrance. I had been suspecting this laundry detergent was causing me to break out in a rash, so have been using it intermittently. Decided to give it another go and washed all my clothes in it - came home from work the next day covered in hives - definitely this product. Such a shame and very misleading - contains artificial fragrance - exactly what I have been trying to avoid with what I thought was an all natural product.

Sadly, this has a chemical fragrance that instantly made our clothes smell like a headache. My bad for not seeing that the fragrance wasn't natural before purchasing.
