We received the unit in to different shipments. The inside unit came with no damages. The outside unit was damaged. The box was damaged on one corner and the unit was dented on that side as well. Message the seller and they sent another outside unit free of charge and they did not want the damaged unit sent back. Dry quick to respond and quick to replace unit!

when I ordered the item and I got it there was a little malfunction in apart and when I contacted the customer service to the shop they did amazing on handling the situation and I'm very grateful for that so this company definitely deserves a five for great customer service. to make sure that I got what I paid for and not a broken piece thank you so much for all you do for your customers.

Unit is precharged and easy to install if you have any skill in cutting a hole through a wall bending some copper tube vacuuming a line and running a dedicated 12/2 to you homes breaker box plus overall install of unit itself. Simple in my opinion but baffl;ing to others I am sure.

unless you're very handy, hire someone to install it. it's so quiet it's unnoticeable when running. that goes for the fan unit, which is outside but also very quiet. the heater works perfectly. haven't used the a/c yet but it blew cold when tested after installation. pleased with the purchase thus far.

packing was great. installation was easy but instructions could have been more understandable. bracket to hang inside unit could could be improved but works. operation and overall quality is recommendable.

this was a great purchase that was well worth the effort. the vacuming the lines out and all was alittle rough as i had to rent a vacume pump and gauges from O'Rielys auto store but got my money back when returned them. litttle more envole to install than a window unit, but soo much quieter and cheaper to run.

Very disappointed with both Twing and Walmart. My unit arrived damaged, and I immediately reported the issue, submitted multiple emails, and provided pictures of the damage. Despite doing everything requested, I have still not received a replacement or a clear update from Twing. Walmart's customer service has been equally frustrating. Every time I reach out, I am told to wait another 48 hours, but it has now been over two weeks with no resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is unacceptable. I expected much better service from both companies. Customers should not have to chase down answers for weeks after receiving a damaged product. I cannot recommend this experience based on the poor support and failure to resolve a straightforward issue.
