Good battery, poor tool, no instructions
The little tool for opening the case dulled quickly and I had to use a knife blade to finish. There are no instructions included, so I had to find a YouTube video to show me what to do. The battery is now in my GPS and works fine.

Battery came with a little chip board in the package. I have no idea what this is for since there is no way to install it or connect it to the gps circuit board. When I googled what this might be, it says some sellers include this to mask that their replacement battery is not compatible with the device. Does not seem a trustworthy product to me.

bad battery
this battery must have been old, it will not hold a charge very long. basically just like the old 5yr old battery it was replacing
