Deceptive Practice
Bought one multi pack of black and colored ink in the store and ordered one online. The store one was fine but the one I ordered online does not work and my printer says it in counterfeit- not Hp at all. It won't print with the online order. I have ordered from Walmart before and never had a problem but this situation makes me wonder if I will take the chance of ordering again and receiving a product imitation that doesn't work and of poor quality. Very disappointed! Photos— ink cartridge on the right authentic and ink on the left counterfeit Second photo—ink cartridge on to authentic and the one on bottom counterfeit Both from Walmart

Waste of money
The thought was to save money and the planet by using recycled. But these are junk. one box worked and the other 3 will not be excepted by my HP. Thanks for the waste of money!!

NOT HP compatible
This item does is not hp compatible. Printer will not use this and it states this cartridge is blocked!

Awful quality, do not buy!
I installed it correctly; however, when I printed the first item, it came out with strange, limited color. I checked all printer settings, aligned, etc. I printed more, but it is only printing in colors of purples/blues/pinks. See pictures of the printout vs what was being printed. Everything looks faded as well. This is terrible ink.

Ink spurted from cartridge, ruined a good top.
As soon as i opened the black 902 cartridge, ink spurted all over a good blouse from Chico's. Walmart offered a promo gift card in partial compensation but has twice refused to honor it. They refused it in the store and said it was only good online. Then online refused it, saying the purchases aren't eligible. No further explanation or help.

Leaking cartridges
I removed the orange cover and black ink poured out on me, the floor and my dress. This happened for both cartridges.
