Pretty darn neat.
I liked the simplicity of the operation of this alert. I bought this for a friend who is disabled. I helped him set it up. From his questions, I figured out how simple this is. It's a one-way conversation to the 911 operator and it asks the 911 operator to press a button to determine the address of this emergency.

Bad, leading batteries included with item
Received the item quickly and it seems to be working ok now that we have put fresh batteries in it. The included batteries were very old and leaking. One of the reasons I picked this one was because the lithium batteries were included. That makes it disappointing.

DO NOT BUY -GPS lists another home a mile away.
We liked the size and that it does not require a monthly service fee, BUT the gps does not work. We live in an urban city with good cell service but it thinks our house is at a church a mile away. DO NOT BUY. It does not deserve even the 1 star.
