I went to at least 4 stores to buy these cartridges and not one stocked it. Searched online, ordered them, and they were delivered ahead of schedule. In addition, they were on sale.
Easy to install. Good price. However, my printer wouldn't accept the ink cartridges even though they fit because they didn't pass the chip test, so it was a waste of my money.
This item WILL NOT WORK in an HP printer unless you alter the printer at setup. The packaging online looks identical to the hp brand to trick you into buying it. the Packaging that was received looks nothing like the listing shows. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU HAVE AN HP PRINTER IT WILL NOT WORK
These were NOT compatible with my new HP printer. Instructions to bypass printer restrictions are not clear and not universal. After trying to understand and apply their instructions I gave up and called HP. Walmart customer service was very helpful and accepted my return. Lesson learned.
The item arrived today. The picture on your website is of an HP ink cartridge box. I ordered that. When the item came, it was not an HP cartridge box. The ink cartridges inside were not HP cartridges. They will not work in my printer. I only get an error message when I try to use them. I am returning them.
My HP 9120e printer rejected these cartridges. The pictured box makes them look HP authentic, however; the box that arrived looked entirely different.
Says it's HP compatible but is not. If you have used HP instant ink and the firmware in your printer is recently updated then your printer will reject these cartridges as bad clones! The printer will not accept these because they are NOT an HP product
The cartridges listed that they were compatible for my printer. However, as soon as I installed them, the printer said that the cartridges were incompatible with the printer. The cartridges also appeared to have been manufactured poorly and had tape over were the ink would come out.
This was described as compatible with HP 9120e Office Jet. It WILL NOT work in my printer. I got messages that it was not compatible with my printer because the cartridges were either damaged or not original HP Brand. I've owned 6 or 7 HP Printers and I've always gotten off brand printer cartridges because they are cheaper. This is the first HP Printer that would not work with off brand cartridges installed.
This set of hp printer cartridges are not recognized by my HP printer as authentic and has rejected the installation/use of the ink cartridges. I'm going to requests full refund.
