In love with this sectional sofa - feels luxurious, super comfy and soft. However, it maintains its firmness. Instantly, the moment I removed from plastic warppwr, right before my very eyes it popped into shape but allowed the 72 hrs for it to be fully formed. Worth every penny I spent on it - great quality, durable and a much needed piece for my sunroom which I have designed as my "hang out" comfy spot. My daughter loves this sofa and is inquriing where I purcahsed it because she is looking for similar product. You can take a nap, read a book, just luxurate and past the time on this sofa. Just wished it was a wee bit taller but works for my space as I have all galss windows in my sunroom and would not have wanted the back of the couch to cover up half the window.

easy to open. ready to pull out and put in place as soon and the air hits the plastic... ready to sit on and get comfy in mins... even comes with a letter opener to help set up .. we have a small home so its perfect for our living room. soft and amazing.. a must have.. we love this product..

I loved how easy this was to set up . It Just a matter of opening the box and then cutting open the plastic and watching everything expand . There is only one problem with this product . It's too comfortable. I stretched out on it with my head on the armrest and was immediately asleep and slept soundly for 3 hours .

This couch came in a single box. According to the label, it weighed 98lbs, which was completely manageable for me by myself. Though it was hard to pull out of the box by myself. Once that was done, it was easy. There was no weird odor when unboxed. This couch inflates FAST! Be careful when you break the vacuum seal on the packaging. You get the same shock as when you hit biscuits against the counter to pop the roll. I've had the chance to sit on other boneless couches, and this is by far the best one. I'm 5'10", 300 lbs, and I can sit and lie down on this couch comfortably. The fact that this boneless couch has springs is what makes the difference. It's soft while also providing amazing support. It's surprisingly firm, actually. I sink down if I sit on the very edge, but if I'm sitting or lying on it normally, there's hardly any sinking into the cushion. I have "hardwood" floors throughout my living area, and the no-slip grippy bottom to this couch keeps it in place. Again, I'm 300 lbs, and I've used this couch for over a week now....it hasn't budged an inch, and I don't have it placed against the wall. My last regular couch would shoot across the room LOL. I have two cats, and I was worried the fabric would be difficult to get pet hair off of. It's not. I used the vacuum with the bristle attachment and was able to clean it in less than 5 mins. Anyway, I love this couch, it fits my small space perfectly. It's comfortable, and the color is beautiful, glossy black, and fits my living room perfectly.

The couch turned out to be better than I honestly anticipated. It's firm but comfortable. Very soft. Our cats actually LOVE it and I often find them sleeping upside down on it. The back is really low profile so you definitely need to have it against a wall, but that's the only thing that I would have liked to be different. The pillows are also pretty thin/flat.

i really like the new couch. The back is shorter than expected, but i guess the pillows make up for it, but because of that, there's a 6-inch gap between the wall and the pillows. overall not bad and its super comfy

The couch arrived on time. They messed up and gave me a right sided sectional and I ordered a left sided. After waiting for it to come in I wasn't about to wait to have to return it for another one. It smelled strongly of chemicals for 2-3 days. Smelled my apartment up. Very comfortable and easy to move.

I ordered a left facing lounge and got a right one

This was misleading it's very uncomfortable it's very small it's very low to the ground it's a disappointment and am having a very hard time getting in touch with customer service

I don't want this item tried to send it back the first week but I didn't get help. please allow me to send this couch back
