[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed three of these sets a couple of years ago with no problems. Easy installation and the re-keying feature is simple and works good. Then the latch mechanism on the front door lock started acting up, jamming at times and then permanently. I had to buy a new set to install as it was a Sunday and I couldn't close the door. When I called Kwikset the next day, sent them proof of purchase by email, and they reimbursed me promptly. Great customer service.

They are easy to re-key between tenants, or when tenants lose their keys and need a new set. They are elegant and the finish has held up well , even on the sets that are several years old.

I bought 4 sets of this product. The 1st knob did not reset and now neither key works in it. Another knob, the key was tried to pull out before it came to vertical. I had to remove the knob & take it to a locksmith. Otherwise, I've been very satisfied.

Works. But not as easy as I thought to install. And. Some of the metal finish. On the sides weren't perfect.

The engineered style doesn't allow the cover to adhere over the door knob. It's loose.

Works good but rusting in two years. Surprised that an exterior door lock would rust, especially that fast.

I found online and had my contractor install both on my front door and back door. The back door I used the most, the knob get loose and the knob has come off in my hand twice. The inside knob with the screws just slides off with the screws still in place. I do not feel secure that the knob just slides off in my hand. I am older and do not have a strong grip or pull the knob too hard. Also, neither set came with the SmartKey. I am very disappointed in the knobs and the design!

I have bought several (12 or more) of these Combo Packs. I thought the idea was great. How ever the knob attachment design was not very done. The knobs all loosen within 3 months of use. They must be tighten about every 2 months. If not the knob comes off. I've called Kwikset to complain but they had not received other other complaints.
