This is a good curling iron for the price. The settings can be a bit wonky when you are trying to turn on and adjust heat settings. Also, it could just be me. There might be a problem if you are rough with your appliance because it is not a $200 appliance. However, it does what it needs to do for me and I am pleased.

Curler was D.O.A. Walmart does not allow you to return it, so you are just out of luck on whatever money you spent. They obviously know that and are out here selling non working products, because they have no incentive not to. Pay the extra money and get something else. Otherwise, you'll pay $12 whatever a working one costs. This is parasitic practice and their items should be removed.

Wouldn't recommend
First problem is the cord twists and makes it very difficult to use. Now the new issue is it's shutting off before 5 minutes of usage . The positive would be it made beautiful curls that stayed in all day
