A new one for me
I have a pretty good collection of Christmas and holiday movies, including 4 other versions of A Christmas Carol, but this was one I'd never seen. I wouldn't have imagined Basil Rathbone as Marley's ghost, but he was quite good. I do like this one, although it is a bit of a pared-down telling of the tale.

A Christmas Carol
This was one of the first productions of Christmas Carol and is excellent!! I love the story line and this one was super--we have six different dvds -each is slightly different from the others but all follow the true Dickens story.

This was bought as a gift for my Dad for Christmas. It is so hard finding older movies- was so delighted to be able to get this on DVD!

love this movie. Watch some form of it every year.
Got this as an upcoming Christmas gift for my sister and her hubby. We as kids grew up on this movie. Noticed it was not in her collection and decided to get it. Giving her a dinner out gift card and this movie for a night of relaxation. Hope she enjoys.

A Musical Carol with classic cast
The first thing to know about this title is that it is NOT a movie. It is an old old tv special. It has a great cast (even if the piece does not showcase their talents). AND it's a musical. I collect Christmas Carols and I think this is a unique addition. Be aware that this was made from a low definition source and the audio isn't the best.

Different outlook
Different outlook of the Charles Dickenson Book Christmas Carol. Would watch one or two times but there is a better version of The Christmas Carol. Though this is my opinion. However I think this version is good for kids.
