Item arrived undamaged. I haven't had time to watch it yet, but I like all things magical, and this was the cheapest I could get it after searching a couple years.

Does not follow the books. Does show what was going on behind the scenes that were not covered in the book. I prefer as close to the book as possible, would still buy the series.

absolutely terrific!!!!
absolutely the best tv series I have ever watched. acting is terrific. set and special effects were done with great love., characters are well-drawn. story intriguing. it is traggic that this series only did 8 episodes,. I wish I could contact them so I could find out why they didn't do more episodes. I would like to help them make it happen

Enjoyed this DVD, but disappointed there will be no 2nd season. I vote to have more of this series.

2 seasons so far
I have seen most of season 1 on tv. FYI, there is a season 2...just as good as the first. Getting both on blu-ray. I've heard there will be a third and I certainly hope so.
