I called service asking how can I get more smoke, and a easy way to match smoke and the food I was smoking . he recommented this smoke tray ..IT WORKS LIKE A CHAMP!!

It hardly gets any simpler than this. I had great success on my first two attempts to smoke a block of cheese. I filled the maze with hickory sawdust, ignited one end, put the maze and the cheese into my grill, and let it smoke all day. If you like smoked cheese, this is a no-brainer.

This small box burns pellets for a long time (6 to 10 hrs) depending on the air flow, i would recommend it to anyone cold smoking

I think it works perfect for when I want to cold smoke. However, you can buy this from the Amaze-N-Smoker website and get 2lbs of wood pellets with it for the same price as Walmart.com. The Walmart.com site keeps the pellets and I think they must sell them separately to make more money. My intention was to buy from the manufacturers site but somehow I was redirected in the process of locating the Amaze-N-Smoker site. Oh well, my loss but the smoker works Amaze-N.

Love that I can finally cold smoke cheese, without turning on the propane burner in my smoker (which would melt the cheese). Outside temp was 32, and the A-Maze-N smoker tray only raised the temp 8 degrees!

This product worked great, it burns slow and smokes a lot. We smoked cheese and honey and it was delicious. Worth every penny. We also bought Pit Boss Cherry, Apple and Maple pellets.

Really simple to use. Makes an incredible amount of smoke with pellets.

The tubes are better. Get two of you want double the smoke.
