This cheaper than buying bottled water or those portable water filters. Easy to install and easy to replace the cartridge .

Nice unit
Definitely read instructions, my plumber was even baffled at first. This is a replacement unit after 20 years of different make so hope this lasts as long.

Plastic connections
I purchased this product today as I need an alternative for my existing water filter. This looked to be an upgrade in every way that is until I attempted to install it. The threaded part that connects to my plumbing is plastic. Needless to say the threads disappeared like butter on a hot biscuit. Now I'm left with a useless piece of trash that I'm sure I can't return
