I have continued to use it every day, and no longer use my stovetop! It is much faster and cleaner. An amazing invention.
i love it. heats up fast, just have to be careful not to burn things. took a little while to get use to it getting hot so fast.
The instructions are not the greatest, but you can figure it out
extremely impressed. Multiple modes for operations and works great
Decided to turn off apartment gas stove, and buy this to cook on. It's a nice unit. Energy efficient with proper conductive pots/pans. The settings are a little hard to get used to and it outgassed a bit of the black paint smell for a while after purchase. It also has a little bit of a hum, but not too loud. Overall, I like this cooking unit and would buy one again.
Didn't realize how small the burner was according to the description. But really like how it looks and works.
A friend explained issues buyers have had with an induction cooktop, and their safety concern of a fire hazard. I am elderly, and safety's is an important concern for me. I decided to go with a traditional cooktop, instead. Item has not been used.
It seems to heat things VERY quickly. Faster than two of my prior induction plates. Even when supposedly in low mode. Being able to heat at a high rate can be a great time saver, but.... for safety one should always set the timer. The timer does not happen unless explicitly requested. That's unfortunate, but that's normal for induction hot plates, but... Unlike all of my prior plates whose timer starts at 1m or 5m, the timer of this product starts at 30m (or 1h or 2h). That's enough time to destroy any food and pots placed on this product. So unlike with competitive products, one has to make a very large time adjustment when starting to cook which costs A LOT more user time just to try to keep this unusually hot product safe.
mine came defective. all it does it beep and doesn't work. im so disappointed.. i press the power button it works. to set temp and raise temp nothing. its a strudy little thing and looks beautiful
ordered a hot plate they sent me a gaming chair sent me the wrong item
