sofa arrived okay. all parts there and undamaged,put it together by myself took me 3 hours,but I'm 66 years old and it was kind of heavy,this sofa works in my apartment, cushions firm,soft,and frame sturdy I am tall and I can sit down and have not trouble getting up. thank You

I'm 81 years old and I had no trouble following the directions and putting it together. One very slight problem - putting the washers and felt pads on the legs wasn't in the directions, but I figured it out later.

Im 67 years old and female I put two of these together myself a couple of times I was challenged but when i figured out one side you slip in the grooves from the top and the otherside you have to lift it up and slide in from the bottom but not too difficult I was really surprised at the quality of this couch and it is very sturdy and comfortable and you can machine wash all the covers plus it has head rests for neck support, it supports the hips and its wide enough to accommodate a larger size person and it doesnt sit to low to the ground I purchased two and recommended these to all my family for this price you cant go wrong

The item arrived as expected, however, I am giving it 3 stars. As you can see from the picture, I can't get the other back to slide in, as when you slide in one side, the other side doesn't connect correctly to slide in. So for now, I'm taking a break from it. As for the height, I should have checked the dimensions. I will not be sitting on it, as it is too low, for my knees. Lol. As for Fedex, I am NOT happy. I am a single woman and I live in an apartment. However, these apartments are not inside of a building, don't have elevators, etc. When you step out your front door, you are outside, so you either reside on the ground or top level. I get that it is not Fedex concern as to whom they are delivering the item to, therefore, I had to go downstairs with my box cutter, and bring it up piece by piece. The only upside is that they delivered it in the back of the building, so it was not on the front, where people driving in the parking lot, can see this big ole box.

it is in the shape of a couch (once assembled) it is 5/8 scale of an actual couch it is shiny the corduroy is aggressively large it is slippery it would look great in the reception area of a brothel or psychic'' waiting room.

the cushions fine but I did not know it just come with the spread at the bottom that you have to put over so it don't stay on very good it isn't does not look that great so no I would not buy this again for sure

The pieces are not even CLOSE to aligning. I had to manufacture an entirely new base because the parts were so off. …and you won't know that it doesn't fit, until your midway through building. The kicker is, once you assemble, it doesn't come back apart. You'll literally have to saw it in half. Customer service said I needed to put it back in the box to return it. It's completely vacuum sealed and once opened the cushions alone wouldn't fit into the box. The measurements are off, it's not as deep or tall as advertised. This is smaller than a futon. The only nice thing is the fabric is soft. I would give this negative stars if possible.

Many of the connector didn't line up correctly and had to move them to the correct place for them to fit. And instructions were very simple it would be better if labeling on the items just like the instructions say.

Never received. Not delivered to my address after a few weeks and seller rerouted to themselves in another town. Still waiting on my refund. No contact after my message. Never again will I order a piece of furniture from a third party seller Walmart.
