This is perfect for anyone who is limited in exercising. The workout is done while you sit. I started using it and just love it. Weather it's 20, 30 or 40 minutes it's great exercising.

Ab strengthening
I've only had it for about one week. So far, it seems to be a good workout for ab strengthening. It's well made, and the six rollers are very comfortable on the back.

No DVD/Exercise Guide
Did not come with dvd or exercise guide 2 stars deducted for that). It did come with a start up guide that helps you put it together.

I assembled it with no problem but after the second use it doesn't say up, keeps folding. Very unhappy with this product!!
