A great excersiser.
We use the AB Doer 360 to exercise our lower back. It was easy to assemble and made very well. I like the fact you can change the resistance for a better workout. I wish the seat was adjustable and the handle bars a little wider for bigger peaple but it is still a great little excersiser.

Pro version of Ab Doer is a much better deal
After having the Ab Doer 360 regular version, I wanted the accessories that came with the pro version, so i sold my regular version and bought the pro version. Came with all the accessories and DVDs, and in my opinion it is a much better deal. The massage cushions for my back feel really nice and I can get an arm and leg workout with the exercise bands that come with it too. the dvds also showed me more exercises that i can do to get fit and lose weight. i am very excited to continue to use this product, i am going to recommend it to my mother to use too. i am writing this review as part of a promotion

Love it!
Day 1 - easy to put together. I was exercising in 15 minutes. Doesn't take up a lot space. I purchased the additional accessories to adjust the tension as I move from beginner, intermediate, advanced! think I am going to love it!!

We are going to be pleased with this purchase. It is the type of exercise beneficial to us older generations. It was not difficult to assemble and we went right to work on it.

The workout video only showed the warm up and the other videos did not show. The CD was defective.
