A great buy to work on those Abs!
My husband used to have an Ab Dolly and it was difficult to find a new one, but, Walmart pulled through once again. This product is an easy assembly - just screw in the wheels with the wrench that was provided - and you're on your way to working on those abs. The Ab Dolly has elbow rests to provide extra support. It is easy on your knees (foam pad included) and your back muscles will appreciate the support!

Ab Dolly for the Win!
Great piece of equipment with dynamic usage! A company I work for, Gymnazo in San Luis Obispo, uses Ab Dolly's for their community and it provides the opportunity to train your core 3-Dimensionally!
