This machine really does assist you with this machine really does assist you with crunches, leg lifts, lower AB and upper, push-ups, just about anything you wanna work out it can do. push-ups, just about anything you wanna work out it can do. I do like it I just wish it adjusted tightness! I would buy again! For lesser price maybe!!!

My over all preference, and look on the equipment ab workout machine exercises.,is easy and updated reliable. I recommend it to anyone who need a quicker start to working out..

Great Product
Easy to set up, took me less than 10 minutes. It doesn't take much space and feels sturdy when using it. You can really feel your abs working after just a few minutes, and it's much easier on the back than regular sit-ups. Great value for the price!

Easy to do sit ups
I can never do sit up without this machine and I mainly use it to massage my back. Sometimes when I sit in front of my computer, my back get very tense and I will sit on this chair to watch TV. In the meantime I'm doing exercises to relax my back. The 3 roller is kinda massage my back.
