This little machine hits way harder than it looks. Adjusting the resistance knob for the hydraulic arm exerciser is super smooth, and going all the way up to 440 lbs gives a crazy good chest burn. then I popped on the detachable wheels to switch over to ab rollouts, and the core workout was super intense. it doesn't wobble at all when I put 100 percent of my weight on it, which is nice. having 2 solid workout tools in 1 saves a lot of space in my small apartment closet. my upper body is feeling it, and the handles are grippy enough so my hands don't slip when sweating.

As my title indicates, this is not a toy. I am very impressed with the construction - well manufactured. As for the upper body workout, I am on 5 of 15 setting and the arms/chest feel it after 10-15 reps. Lower chest, upper chest, biceps and triceps are all getting good workouts. Add the wheels for ab training, and lets just say I have work yet to do there. I'm also not yet proficient with the "behind the back" exercises, but NOT giving up on them. Highly recommended for a very good workout, especially for confined spaces.

Pretty easy to assemble and the weight is pretty spot on but you got put the wheels on every time you want to use it for a ab workout and movement is smooch

Works well as an arm exerciser. Way too inconvenient to install the wheels to use as an ab roller, just to then have to uninstall the wheels again using nuts and bolts and tools. That's ridiculous. Will just use it as an arm exerciser.
