I set this canopy up at home just to test it, and I was very impressed from the start. The frame was quick and easy to assemble, and attaching the canopy top was simple as well. It’s quite spacious, which is a big plus. Taking it down is just as easy, and it fits back into the carrying bag without any hassle, making storage and transport very convenient. Delivery was also fast—it arrived in just two days.

ABCCANOPY makes the best products. I did my research. I even asked Google Gemini to find me exactly what I was looking for and this item populated. I found everything advertised about this canopy to be 100% true. It is waterproof, very pretty color, has a stable steel frame, came with ample stakes and strong tie-down cords, and I was amazed how easy it was to set up myself - and I am 5'5" and 110lbs. I had purchased other cheaper canopies that actually had the frame break when setting up or even arrived broken. With this company you get quality. The only reason I had to return it is because I had to purchase the 13x13 because when it rains the water flows right down all sides and my patio was getting flooded in spite of the waterproof canopy. I did love it though and considered keeping it just because it was so well made.

The only issue we had with this screen house is.. the velcro strap support of the screen wall where the zipper doors are located does not have a suitable hight structure for attachment. So the door areas sag.. the mfg solution could be to lower the placement of the door zipper area support velcro straps or the alternative ,we took , was to fabricate pvc pipe “bridges” hooked on top of the metal wall structure so the existing zipper door velcro straps had attachment points at the same height as the other side walls..

I purchased this 10x10 ABC canopy 2 months ago which was serving the purpose but today it collapsed because of a little rain and broke the frame How can I get a refund or a replacement?

I ordered a khaki canopy and they sent black. The box it was delivered in said Khaki. When I called I was told they were out of khaki. The problem is nobody called or messaged that they were out of Khaki and would I accept black. Poor customer service.

The only reason I am giving a 2 and not a 1 star is due to the fact it seems like a sturdy tent. However, it is NOT WATERPROOF. I am typing this review now as I currently sit in a market with drops of water falling on my products and this phone I can using. The whole point of a tent is to protect from the elements. The commercial grade tent from this brand has no issues but is too big to fit comfortably in my car, so I got this smaller one to use also. It will be going back.

Tent material came with threading issues and lose material

I’m I do not recommend that you buy this product from this supplier, I bought one and it broke on the first use, this means that it is of very poor quality, I contacted the seller to help me with a guarantee but his response is to send me replacement parts and part pay 40 dollars to send them to me.

I bought this tent for a beach trip. The wind took the tent, the screws broke off and bent. IT ONLY LASTED 1 DAY. I sent the company an email letting them know I did not want to write a bad review. Their response was send us a picture of the tent and a copy of the receipt. I sent them a picture of the broken bent screw because that was lava I had left of the tent. Their response was can you buy a new screw for it. If the screw is bent and broken what do you think the tent looks like. Very bad customer service.

I’m very disappointed in the canopy, had one rain day and it was destroyed as pictures will show. Is there anyway I can refund or send me something more durable, thank you
