This is a nice wedge. I require the 12” due to severe acid reflux and have found it to relieve it. Previously I had a 7” wedge and if the reflux was bad would have to pile several pillows to the top of it to keep me more erect. I'd recommend this to anyone suffering from sever acid reflux.

I really like this wedge pillow as it is super comfy. As described, it comes with a memory foam that allows it retain its shape after each use. It's much bigger than I expected but I love it as the elevation helps reduce my back pains and provides support for reading and working on my laptop from my bed.

Overall - as advertised. Pros - sturdy; has zippered cover, easily removeable for washing as needed. Cons - Poorly packed, jammed tight, in box 1/3 the size of the wedge, resulting in permanent deformity despite the specified 48 hours waiting period; height too high, resulting in body keeps slipping down onto the bed, should have purchased the half-height size like last time.

I like the fact that you can sit this standing up when sitting in bed, but when lying down, I felt like I kept sliding down where my upper back was no longer supported

I ordered one for my mom. I opened the box for her, and the pillow was in perfect condition. She loved it. Months later, I decided to order one for myself. It was not the same experience. The pillow was defective. It would not expand full; it was hard, uneven, and lumpy. I took it to the local Walmart to return it. The pillow would not fit back into the small box it arrived in, and the service center told me I'd have to buy a bigger box to return it. So, I searched Walmart for a large box, bought it, then returned to the service center to do the return. There was a really long wait in line. I haven't received a refund for it yet. I'm not sure if I'm going to re-order the pillow or not. I love the pillow my mom has, but afraid I'll get another defective one....and don't want to go through the process of another return.

My doctor suggested I get this because of esophagus problems. It okay, but it's made of a memory foam and it came compacted in a small box. It never fully sprang open so there is an indentation in the middle on both sides. I have to use a bed pillow to be comfortable.

Measure the height you want before ordering! I should have measured the height of the tall back piece! A little too tall for my needs and I find myself waking up near the bottom every morning! Otherwise, firm foam and nice quality cover.

very comfy, nice and firm. holds it's shape. but if you have GERD like I do, it's still a little short. I actually bought 2 and stacked them. Much better!

Cant use it. One side is caved in. Never fully opened up so its damaged. Now I have to lug it somewhere and put in a huge moving box to return it since it has now expanded.. Very inconvenient.
