I ordered one for my mom. I opened the box for her, and the pillow was in perfect condition. She loved it. Months later, I decided to order one for myself. It was not the same experience. The pillow was defective. It would not expand full; it was hard, uneven, and lumpy. I took it to the local Walmart to return it. The pillow would not fit back into the small box it arrived in, and the service center told me I'd have to buy a bigger box to return it. So, I searched Walmart for a large box, bought it, then returned to the service center to do the return. There was a really long wait in line. I haven't received a refund for it yet. I'm not sure if I'm going to re-order the pillow or not. I love the pillow my mom has, but afraid I'll get another defective one....and don't want to go through the process of another return.
