WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD! The product was described as tan, and when it arrived it was much lighter than tan in my opinion and would not come close to coordinating with my chair and couch. I emailed on 3/13/16 to initiate my return, and asked that they cover the costs of my return shipment, as I did not think the fabric was tan as advertised. I received an immediate response asking for my order #, and I responded that same day. TWO days later-no response, so I sent a follow-up email asking for the status of my request. SIX days later-no response, so I sent another follow-up email. The following day I received an apologetic response asking whether I had shipped it back. I said I had not, since I wanted them to cover the shipping. FIVE days later, no response, so I sent another follow-up email. They responded back that day to ask I send a photo of the product, which I did. I also sent a picture of the fabric against a tan seat to show the severe variance in color. I got an email back that day to say that they still consider the color to be tan. I said either way, it's not what I wanted and that I still wanted them to pay for the return. They then reply to say, "We don't have pre paid shipping labels." I responded to say that they should have told me that weeks prior, and that given the delay in communications, they should still pay for it. I also asked them whether they would charge me a 20% restocking fee, as listed at the end of their return policy. THREE days later-no response, so I just sent a follow-up email asking about the restocking fee. They don't offer returns after 30 days and I think they are using a delay tactic on me. FED UP!
