Well packed for shipping. The instruction manual was an 8 out of 10. The bike itself seems well made and very solid. Very happy with my purchase.
It has an annoying clicking sound. Can't figure out what it is. Bike handles are angled too close in
I only gave it any rating because the guy who was supposed to assemble it was completely professional. The company sent me the wrong color and then said they were out of the color I wanted. I asked for an alternative and they kept pushing me to take the white with a 50.00 credit. Their inventory needed to be updated so this doesn't happen to others… Paying over 300.00 for something I don't want when I can get it at another store… Send me my requested alternative color or give me my money back.
Stay far away, don't give yourself the burden of buying this bike. I received it Jun 25th, it's tire popped July 5th, just slightly over a week. I received a free tire on the 18th, put it on the bike on the 22nd and that piece of garbage broke down on the 30th. i was informed that a new tire was arriving just for me to waste time for 2 whole weeks before messaging them about it, just to be informed it wasn't even coming. Their warehouse ran out, probably because every person who owns this bike needs a new rear tire every week. The worst part of this situation is I can't get my money back for it. They said I've had the bike for over 30 days so I can't return it, Which is so laughable because I've had it for 2 and I've only been able to actually use it for one because of how much trouble the tire has caused me. Be warned they'll make you waste your time waiting for so long you can't get your money back.
I ordered this bike online and paid ANGIE to assemble it for me. The bike was delivered. When I opened the bike, it WAS DAMAGED, MISSING PARTS..LIKE THE SEAT, PEDALS AND OTHER ITEMS! NO USER MANUAL!!!! I AM A DISABLED PERSON. i WOULD LIKE FOR WALMART TO PICK UP THE BIKE AT MY HOME AND ISSUE ME A FULL REFUND FOR ALL EXPENSES, PLEASE...ASAP.I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE THE SAME BIKE AT THE WALMART SUPER STORE IN MEDINA OH ON PEARL RD PLEASE RESPOND ASAP. THANK YOU
