how can you work out when the instructor does not take the time to demonstrate the moves before moving on to the next exercise bc there are barely any repetitions? i thought this would've been a more advanced version of tamilee's abs of steel but there's a huge difference.

So much for overextending yourself. This DVD reflects good judgment for the buyer to utilize the three choices presented and follow along preferred choice. Timing is specific and with choice of exercise type, you should agree the DVD was a good buy.

This video is titled "abs of steel" and I expected to struggle through it, or be sore after doing the excercises, instead I was yawning and bored while following some of the exercises. In on of the excercises you sit on a chair and lift your right arm up towards the left, then your left arm towards your right (boooring!). Could be good for very beginners who never worked out in their life. I want my $ back.

This dvd is too easy. The Abs of Steel name was misleading. I had a c-section 8 months ago and my abs are still very out of shape and I could do this without much effort at all. Very disappointing. Even the "ab challenge" in the special features section was too easy.
