Excellent beginners workout
The beginner work out is truly for beginners..which I am. Time passed so quickly. Thirty minutes passed before I knew it. The instructor is very personable. I liked her style of instruction. I started out with a 5 lb kettlebell but that was too easy so I used 10 lbs on my second set. I had no pain the next morning. ..maybe I should move to 15 lbs. I'm looking forward to my next workout. I hope this helps.

What a workout!
I love this dvd. I worked all my major muscles (and some i didn't realize were there till the next day). Might want to use gloves if your palms sweat a lot of get kettles with neoprene handles.

Great starter video
Great video for the beginner! Amy Bento explains the moves first then there is a beginner and intermiate workout 20 minutes each. She does a warmup, cooldown and stretching. She also does the whole routine with you...very easy to follow along.
